It is incredibly frustrating because the issues are everywhere. For starters, the WPML compatibility is non-existent. Trying to use it actually breaks WooCommerce checkout completely, causing critical site crashes. I tried to cooperate with their support by sending a huge list of bugs and adding new ones every day, but I eventually had to throw in the towel. Trying to get this software to work properly is a losing battle. The lack of basic data sanitization and input validation is genuinely shocking. For example, the submission form has no protection against simple apostrophes. It ends up duplicating backslashes to the point where a tiny 250KB database export swells into a giant 20MB file filled with nothing but backslashes! On top of that, there are zero character limits, allowing users to paste entire books into text fields. The phone field has no validation and accepts random symbols like “#@$@#\% $:”, and anyone can hide sketchy, unverified links under the social icons. If you try translating your listings with WPML, it wipes out the custom attributes, leaving you with broken and useless pages. Even basic currency toggling is broken, and their supposed “multi-currency” plugin is a complete joke. This plugin might not be the most expensive on the market, but buying anything from Radius Theme is a total waste of money. You are honestly better off giving that cash to charity.
