Estimated Delivery Date
When an order moves to Processing, Traceify automatically calculates an estimated delivery window based on your configured processing time and shipping days. Weekend exclusion is supported. Admins can override the date per order from the order detail page.
Branded Email Notifications
Send beautiful HTML emails that match your store branding when order status changes. The “Shipped” status email is enabled by default (WooCommerce has no built-in shipped email). Processing, Completed, Cancelled, and On Hold emails are off by default to avoid duplicating WooCommerce’s own emails — but can be enabled if you prefer Traceify’s branded template.
Zero API Cost for WhatsApp
Uses WhatsApp’s free wa.me deep-link protocol. No WhatsApp Business API, no monthly subscription, no third-party service. Clicking the button opens WhatsApp on your device with the message pre-filled — just tap Send.

Does this need the WhatsApp Business API?

No. Traceify uses WhatsApp’s free wa.me deep-link. No API key, no approval process, no cost.

Will it work with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. Traceify declares full HPOS and Cart/Checkout Block compatibility.

Can I use the shortcode on an existing page?

How is the estimated delivery date calculated?

Traceify adds your configured processing days + shipping days (min and max) to the order date. If weekend exclusion is enabled, Saturdays and Sundays are skipped. You can override the date manually on any order.

Will email notifications conflict with WooCommerce’s default emails?

No. By default, only the “Shipped” status email is enabled — WooCommerce has no built-in email for that status. Processing, Completed, Cancelled, and On Hold emails are off by default.

Is customer data secure?

Yes. Order lookup requires both the order number and the billing email address, preventing order enumeration. All inputs are sanitized, all outputs are escaped, and forms are nonce-protected.
