Description
PixelCue CAPI Events for WooCommerce is a lightweight server-side purchase tracking plugin for WooCommerce stores.
The plugin sends one server-side Purchase event to the Meta Conversions API when a WooCommerce order first reaches Processing or Completed status. It is designed to keep WooCommerce order status handling as the source of truth and to avoid duplicate Purchase events by storing a sent marker on each order.
Features:
- Sends WooCommerce Purchase events to the Meta Conversions API.
- Triggers from WooCommerce order status changes.
- Sends only for Processing and Completed orders by default.
- Sends each order only once.
- Supports Test mode and Live mode.
- Includes hashed customer matching data when available.
- Includes
_fbp,_fbc, IP address, and user agent when available. - Includes commerce fields such as currency, value, order ID, content IDs, contents, and number of items.
- Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
- Provides developer filters for consent checks, allowed statuses, payload customization, and API version control.
PixelCue does not add a browser pixel, consent banner, or consent-management interface. Store owners are responsible for configuring any required consent, privacy disclosures, and browser-side event deduplication.
Third-party services
This plugin connects to the Meta Graph API / Conversions API to send configured WooCommerce Purchase events.

Data sent may include:
- Purchase event name, time, event ID, and order-received URL.
- Order currency, total value, order ID, item IDs, item quantities, item prices, and item count.
- Hashed customer matching fields such as email, phone, name, city, state, postcode, and country when available.

This data is sent only when the plugin is configured with a Pixel ID and Conversions API access token, and when an eligible WooCommerce order reaches Processing or Completed status.
